1-The XW-206D Customized High Presicion TTR Slitting Machine is applicable for slitting and rewinding of different color ribbons. All finish rewinding, raw material unwinding, waster rewinding adjusted by the magnetic powder tension control, with automatic counting, automatic sectional speed adjusting, automatic shaft turning. The machine adopts synchronous belt drive, which with the advantage of low noise, stable running and the rewinding shaft use the non-stop loading, unloading device to ensure the efficient production.
 
2-The XW-206E Customized High Presicion TTR Slitting Machine which is the fifth generation specialized equipment of our company. The machine is with continuous innovation and improvement, which is with higher efficiency, stable operation, intelligent control level, nice and elegant appearance and compact structure etc. the tension of the raw material adopts the electromagnetic powder brake, in the middle of the transition position, equipped with the manual material rectify device and two shafts for feeding. The slitting adopts the square blade, which can be lateral moved and rotate feeding (manual). The waster blew away with the low noise blower, which is with easy an simple operation. The electric parts adopts the advanced PLC and touch screen for the central control, the operations procedure shows after click the touch screen. The roller of the machine processed with surface treatment to prevent the toner was scrapped, and with synchronous belt transmission. In the front of the rewinding unit adopts the pinch roller, and the rewinding roller equipped with automatic length counting rotating and magnetic powder brake, which to ensure the Thermal Transfer Ribbons Slitting Machine with high efficiency slitting and stable running with the nice and neat finished products.
