1.Application:

The series BOPP Tape Slitting machines are suitable for slitting many kinds of self-adhesive tape like BOPP adhesive packing tape and cellophane paper tape, which are mainly the XW-202, XW-210 and XW-210-8;
XW-202 BOPP Tape Slitting machine is specially designed for slitting the self-adhesive tape production, adopting the flat pulling board device to eliminate the corrugating during the tape transporting, and to lower the production noise. Using the frequency speed control and automatic length counter, It is not only with high efficiency, excellent braking performance and high accuracy, but also the electric control component and driving parts well protected by the frequency converter with self-protection function.

XW-210 BOPP Tape Slitting machine is suitable for slitting many kinds of self-adhesive tapes, featured with one set pressure roller controlled by cylinder , which efficiently reducing the noisy when the raw material stripping, and the equipped spreading roller can avoiding corrugating when the tape transporting. Different from the XW-202, the feeding unit is designed at the back. Nice and elegant appearance, as per requirement, it is available to equip with the automatic labeling device.


XW-210-8 BOPP Tape Slitting machine is suitable for slitting BOPP adhesive tape, package tape. Stationery tape Etc. Compared with traditional slitting machine model structure, it is with technology innovations in higher speed and lower noise by equipping the raw material automatic moving left and right by electric control, sound proof housing for the raw material, automatic labeling, rewinding shaft prop up by air and the waste collected by winding. The production speed is 1.5 times faster than the previous models, the modular control not only lower the noise pollution of the machine and the labor intensity of the worker, but also improving the production efficiency.
