The XW-703 series PVC Tape Slicing Machine is an single shaft and single blade cutter with advanced technology designed, featured with high precision, super luxury, safety and environmental. There are three servo functions automatic controlled by high precision system. Servo more for cutting feeding and retracting, servo motor automatic angle adjusting and servo more drive. Equipped with automatic electrical safety cover for the whole Optional Manual, Semi-automatic, Automatic Adhesive Tape Cutting Machines, central controlled by an simple and easy operation 8 inches color touch screen. The cutter is with stable and precise multi-speed cutting feeding, adopting the pneumatic outside chuck and internal support chuck, which to make it more efficient with high quality cutting, and the min. cutting with is 0.3mm, which is a new record in the industry. it is the ideal cutter for the senior adhesive of electric tape and sponge tape, It is applicable for BOPP carton sealing tape, PET tape, Kapton Tape, PVC, PE protective film, Kraft paper, Teflon/PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), EVA and various kinds of adhesive tape, cloth etc.
Features:
1-Main Driving Parts: AC motor with inverter is employed and the acceleration and the deceleration are fast and steady
2-Central Control Unit: programmable central control is used and various sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatic transfer and cutting .
3-Operating Panel: all functions are operated on the Human Machine Interface panel.
4-Cutting Roll Positioning System: cutting roll positioning is controlled by the servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the utter seat.
5-Auto Adjusting of the Circular Blade Angle: the servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is +/-80) .The cutting angle is changed directly when the cutting surface is not smooth, so the efficiency is improved.
